Most of our products have obtained CE certification, and we can also provide products with CUPC certification upon request. What are your basins made out of?
All UTF basins are made from high-quality aggregate-based concrete.Real, authentic concrete using specially sourced sands, aggregates and cement mixed with high-quality pigments.
Are your concrete basins durable?
The genuine concrete construction of our concrete basins is extremely durable against wear and tear and has been tested to withstand cracking in drastic temperature fluctuations. Furthermore, the surface has been nano-sealed, which creates a hydrophobic layer that allows water to run off rather than be absorbed into the product.
Do your concrete basins stain easily?
The nano-sealant layer on our concrete basins makes the surface hydrophobic, meaning it repels water. This allows the exterior to remain cleaner for longer as water and its contaminants, such as hair and dirt, can run off easily without getting caught.
What cleaner is recommended for your concrete basins?
Use a mild, natural-based cleaner and avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners.
Are the basins sealed?
All of our basins are fully sealed prior to leaving the factory.Our unique sealing system provides the most effective protection whilst still maintaining the natural look and feel of concrete.
Will I need to reseal my concrete basin?
To ensure long-lasting protection for your concrete basin, we recommend resealing it every 3–6 months using a food-safe beeswax product, such as Gilly's Food Safe Wax.
Can I put boiling water into the concrete basin bowl?
Yes, the basin is highly durable and crack resistant.However, we do not recommend leaving boiling water in the bowl.
What happens if my basin arrives damaged?
Our basins are carefully packaged to ensure they are fully protected during transit, however, on rare occasions, damages can occur. All UTF basins must be inspected within 12 hours of delivery and any issues reported to a member of the UTF team immediately. In the event that there is damage to your concrete basin,UTF will recommend the best solution.
What is your terms of payment ?
For bulk production,T/T is normal payment term.
30% payment before production, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
And other more payment terms we could discuss before order.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 20-25 days after received deposit. If we keep it in stock , we could send you 7-10 days.
What is the MOQ?
For existing items: 20 pieces per design. A 1x20GP container allows mixing of several items. For customized designs or colored items: the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50-100 pieces, depending on the size, color, and design.
Do You Have Certificates?
Yes. We have ISO9001, ISO14001,OHSAS18001, BSCI and got CUPC,DVGW, ACS, CE, SEDEX and WATERMARK.
What's your package?
Small basin use in 5 Five-layer export brown cartons with foam.
Big basin use in Honeycomb, bathtub with wood and pallet.
Can be pallet or wooden shelf as well.
What is your warranty?
For the past two years, we have been using concrete raw materials with ultra-high density and exclusive formulas.
How do you control the quality?
We will produce samples prior to bulk production. Once the samples are approved, we will commence bulk manufacturing. During production, we conduct 100% inspection, followed by random sampling inspection before packaging. Additionally, we take photos of the products after packaging is completed.
