At the beginning of the 21st century, the founder of UTF, Mr. Yan, saw a concrete artwork at the Milan Art Design Exhibition in Italy.
It was a perfect fusion of nature and modern design, which amazed him. After returning to China, he led the UTF design team to concentrate on research together.
Then the efficient mineral composite material "YAN ROCK" which integrates natural mineral materials and international cutting-edge technology, adopts innovative sanitary gel coating products and uses concrete materials in the bathroom space to create a variety of exquisite and simple bathrooms.
The basin creates the comfort and natural feel of the bathroom.
Company Introduction
UTF Concrete, a subsidiary of Zhejiang JEGO Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., operates a modern workshop covering over 28,000 m². As one of China’s leading R&D and manufacturing bases for concrete bathroom basins and hardware, the company has grown through years of innovation and focus. Today, it employs more than 380 staff, including over 30 R&D specialists, with an annual output value of 180 million yuan.

Certificates
The "ISO900" is an international standard for quality management systems. ISO14001 is the global standard for environmental management, applicable to organizations of all types and sizes. ISO45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems.
The "CE" mark is a mandatory safety certification in the European market. It stands for Conformité Européenne and is considered a passport for products to enter Europe.
The "UPC" is the certification mark issued by the U.S. International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). With the addition of "C" for Canada, CUPC represents the authoritative certification for sanitary ware products in the North American market.
Process Equipment
The production process of a concrete basin mainly includes two parts: manufacturing and testing. The process equipment consists of mold manufacturing machines, production equipment (such as dehumidifying ovens, grinding and dust removal workbenches, and bottom grinding workbenches), as well as testing equipment, including UV aging test chambers, thermal shock test chambers, coating scrub resistance testers, falling ball impact testers, and electric bending testers.
